Tony Graham, a Technical Sergeant with the Ohio National Guard Counterdrug Program, has been a valued partner with PASS for the past two years. Based in our Lima office, Tony facilitates the Catch My Breath vaping prevention program across Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin counties. PASS is proud to collaborate with the Ohio National Guard Counterdrug Program, with DDRO (Drug Demand Reduction & Outreach) team members also serving through our Lima, Bellefontaine, and Delaware offices.

We are incredibly proud of Tony and the impact he has made in our communities!
This year, Technical Sergeant Tony Graham was selected as the Ohio National Guard Counterdrug Program’s DDRO Team Performer of the Year — a well-deserved honor.
In the past year alone, Tony delivered evidence-based prevention curriculum to middle and high school students across 16 different school systems. Through his dedication, he taught the complete Catch My Breath curriculum to more than 90 classes, reaching over 1,300 students. His commitment to prevention education has empowered countless young people to make informed choices and lead healthier lives.
Tony is an extraordinary asset to the Ohio National Guard Counterdrug Program, the DDRO team, PASS, and — most importantly — the youth he serves. His mentorship, leadership, and passion continue to inspire the next generation of leaders and contribute meaningfully to the success and well-being of our communities.
We thank Tony for his service, dedication, and partnership!
