YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID
Would you know what to do if a young person in your life was experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge?
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges in children and adolescents ages 12–18, respond appropriately in a crisis, and connect youth with the support they need.
This training is especially valuable for parents, teachers, school staff, coaches, camp counselors, youth group leaders, and other adults who work with young people.
