Substance use is a significant concern for young people today, but the I Mind program is here to help. Designed as a voluntary, one-day, 4-hour workshop, I Mind equips students in grades 7–12 with the skills and strategies they need to avoid substance use and navigate challenges effectively.
The program emphasizes returning students to their academic environments swiftly and successfully following disciplinary measures, helping them focus on their future with confidence and support.
