Prevention Awareness Support Services (PASS) is seeking a self-driven, highly motivated individual with a minimum of an associates degree in human services, social work, education or other related fields to fill an open GPRA position.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Complete training on the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data system
Familiarize GPRA needs with working partner agencies (i.e. Mercy Health, Coleman Professional Services)
Schedule client interviews in accordance with initial assessment or to client availability
Track client interviews to ensure timely completion for three mandated GPRA entries
Time as available to facilitate a support group or provide bedside support and engagement
Complete Mental Health First Aid Training
Complete Certified Peer Support Training
This position does not require supervision of volunteers or staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid Rules as you will be working with protected client information
Education: Must have an Associate’s Degree or higher in office management or have had past relatable experience (official college transcripts required)
Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively-written and verbally. Must have the ability to assist and relate to a diverse population
Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and access to a privately-owned vehicle during scheduled work hours
Computer skills: Ability to check electronic mail, entering data into program specific software are required
Applicants are required to submit fingerprints for an FBI/BCI background check and pass a drug screening
Some bending, stretching required.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
Must be able to stand continuously for 120 minutes
